Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to each game or application published by the Leafy Games Google Play developer account when its store listing or in-app privacy link directs to this page. This includes current and future Leafy Games titles shown on our official developer page.

Covered titles include No Wifi - Offline Games, Flower Sort - Triple Puzzle, Goods Match - Triple Puzzle, Triple Tile Classic, Capy Grill - Triple Puzzle, Skewer Jam: Food Sort Puzzle, Bird Sort: Color Sorting Game, Marble Pop Jam Color Puzzle, Pixel Loop: Cube Blast, and Solitaire Brain Associations. This list may change as we publish, rename, transfer, or discontinue Services; the official developer page linked above is the current source of covered Google Play titles.

This policy does not govern third-party websites, platforms, advertisements, or services that we do not control. Those parties process information under their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

The information collected depends on the Service, your device, your region, the features you use, and the permissions or choices you make.

Information you provide

• Support and communications: your email address, message, attachments, and any information you choose to provide when contacting us.
• Game or profile information: a display name, avatar, preferences, or other profile details if a particular Service offers these features.
• Feedback: survey answers, reviews, bug reports, and other feedback you submit.

Information collected automatically

• Device and technical information: device type and model, operating system and version, language, screen resolution, network type, app version, time zone, and similar technical attributes.
• Identifiers: app instance identifiers, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID, where available and permitted.
• Usage and gameplay information: sessions, levels, progress, scores, in-game actions, feature interactions, ad views and clicks, and timestamps.
• Diagnostics: crash logs, error reports, performance data, and related troubleshooting information.
• Internet and approximate location information: IP address and general location, such as country, region, or city, derived from the IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a specific feature clearly requests permission first.
• Purchase information: product purchased, transaction status, and a transaction or receipt identifier. Payments are processed by the applicable app store; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

Information from third parties

App stores, advertising partners, analytics providers, and platform services may provide us with information such as installation source, campaign attribution, consent signals, purchase status, aggregated reports, or platform-scoped identifiers.

Website data

When you visit our website, the hosting provider may process standard server-log information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security events. If we use cookies or similar technologies that require consent, we will provide the appropriate notice or controls.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Services;
• save progress, deliver requested features, process virtual items, and validate purchases;
• provide customer support and respond to messages;
• measure use, understand performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve our games;
• display and measure advertising, including personalized advertising where you have consented;
• protect users and the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms;
• comply with law, legal process, and regulatory requirements; and
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Legal bases for EEA and UK users

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract to provide features you request; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the Services; your consent, including for personalized advertising or device access where required; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

4. Advertising, analytics, and service providers

Many of our games are supported by advertising. Depending on the app, version, device, and region, we may use app-store services, analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, advertising mediation, and advertising networks. These providers may process device information, identifiers, approximate location, usage data, diagnostics, and ad-interaction information to provide their services.

The presence of a provider in this list does not mean it is used in every Service. The providers integrated into a particular app may change as we update that app. A provider may act as an independent controller for some processing and will handle information according to its own policy.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information:

• to service providers and advertising partners that help operate, analyze, secure, support, and monetize the Services;
• to app stores and platforms as necessary to distribute the Services, validate purchases, and provide platform features;
• for legal and safety reasons when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce agreements;
• in a business transaction involving a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, insolvency, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections; and
• with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain advertising-related disclosures. Where those laws apply, you may opt out as described below.

6. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures; and appeal a decision regarding your request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

How to make a request or delete data

Email [email protected] with the subject “Leafy Games Privacy Request.” Please include:

• the name of the Leafy Games app you use;
• the type of request you are making;
• your country or region; and
• any app-specific player or support identifier available in the app.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request and protect users from fraudulent requests. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may retain information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Other controls

• You can manage app permissions through your device settings.
• You can manage Google advertising controls through Android settings and Google My Ad Center.
• You can stop future collection by uninstalling the app.
• You may contact us to opt out of advertising-related processing that qualifies as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type, purpose, app, and legal requirement.

Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies and product settings. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics and business purposes.

8. Children’s privacy

Some Leafy Games titles are suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us. Where a Service is directed to children or we know a user is a child under the applicable age, we limit data practices and advertising as required by law and applicable platform policies, including using age-appropriate or non-personalized advertising where required.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

9. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Leafy Games and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our Services, providers, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
